How to use chromecast or AirPlay – Help Center

You can use Chromecast or Apple Airplay to wirelessly stream Muslim Kids TV content from your Chrome browser, or Android, or iOS mobile device to your TV.

How to use Chromecast:

Please follow these steps:

Open the Muslim Kids TV app or on Chrome browser.
Select the content you wish to view
Select WATCH NOW
Select the Chromecast icon at the top of the screen
Select your streaming device

What to look for: When you’re connected, the Chromecast icon will change color and the Muslim KIds TV movie, show, or series will appear on your device.

Chromecast troubleshooting

Still not able to cast? Try these troubleshooting tips:

Verify your Google Home app is installed on your mobile device.
The Google Home app is available at the iTunes Store and Google Play Store
Make sure your Chromecast device is connected to your TV
Make sure the Chromecast device and your streaming device are both connected to the same Wi-Fi network
Make sure you’re using the latest device model, especially if you’re trying to watch 4K content
If you’re trying to watch 4K* content, ensure you’re using a Chromecast device that supports 4K playback
Chromecast (Gen 1) models may still work with the Muslim Kids TV app, but will no longer receive updates

How to use Apple AirPlay

Please follow these steps:

Open the Muslim Kids TV app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap the content you want to watch
Tap WATCH NOW
Tap the Airplay icon. (It’s at the top of the screen.)
Choose the Apple TV you want use

Note: When you’re connected, the Airplay icon will change color.

Apple Airplay troubleshooting

Still not able to watch? Try these troubleshooting tips:

Verify your Apple TV is connected to your TV
Make sure the iOS device with Muslim Kids TV and the Apple TV are both connected to the same Wi-Fi network
For the best experience, including 4K content, we recommend the latest Apple TV model
