Updating your billing details varies based on how you subscribed:
If you subscribed on a computer or mobile browser:
- Log in to your Muslim Kids TV account on your browser. Please ensure you are signed in to the parent profile, as you will not be able to access subscription details through children profiles.
- Navigate to Payment and Plans. Click on avatar > Click payments and plan
- Click the pencil icon to update your card details
- Click Add Card to add an additional card to your account
If you subscribed on the Apple app (iPhone or iPad app):
- You need to update the billing information in settings of your iPhone or iPad.
- Go to Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases > view account.
- Select Manage Payments.
- Select the card you wish to change or Add Payment Method.
- Select Edit to re-order or remove a payment method. The default payment method is at the top.

If you subscribed on the Google Play Store app (Android devices):
- Open the Google Play app.
- At the top right, tap your Profile Icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods > More payment settings .
- If asked, sign in to Google Pay.
- Under the payment method you want to remove, tap Edit.
- Make your changes.
- Tap Update.
