We’re Moving from Child Accounts to Child Profiles

To make it easier for families to manage their accounts, Muslim Kids TV is moving from child accounts to child profiles on December 17, 2025.

What’s Changing

Previously, each child had their own username and password. You could log in using either:

• The parent account, or
• Any child account created under it.

With our new system, you’ll now have one parent login and multiple child profiles under it.

What This Means for You

• You’ll only need the parent username and password to log in.
• After logging in, you’ll be prompted to select a child profile to access the app.
• Child usernames and passwords will no longer work for login.

What Happens to Existing Child Accounts

All existing child accounts will be automatically converted to child profiles. You can access them by logging in with your parent account.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you’re unable to log in using an account that worked before, it’s likely that:

• The account has been converted to a child profile, and
• You’ll need to log in using the parent account credentials.
