Changing your MKTV plan varies based on how you subscribed:
If you subscribed on a computer or mobile browser:
- Log in to your Muslim Kids TV account on your browser. Please ensure you are signed in to the parent profile, as you will not be able to access subscription details through children profiles.
- Navigate to Payment and Plans. Click on avatar > Click payments and plan
- Select the new plan you want to switch to.
- Click Update Subscription. Your new plan will take effect at the next billing cycle.
If you subscribed on the Apple app (iPhone or iPad app):
- Log in to your Muslim Kids TV account on the app on your iPhone or iPad. Please ensure you are signed in to the parent profile, as you will not be able to access subscription details through children profiles.
- Navigate to Payment and Plans. Click More > Click payments and plan
- Click Update Subscription.
- Follow steps to select a new plan.
Alternatively, you can change your plan in settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
- Tap on your Muslim Kids TV subscription, then tap See All Plans.
- Select the Plan you want to switch to.

If you subscribed on the Google Play Store app (Android devices):
- Log in to your Muslim Kids TV account on the app on your Android device. Please ensure you are signed in to the parent profile, as you will not be able to access subscription details through children profiles.
- Navigate to Payment and Plans. Click More > Click payments and plan
- Click Update Subscription.
- Follow steps to select a new plan.
Alternatively, you can change your plan in the Google Play app on your Android Device.
- Open the Google Play app.
- Make sure you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
- Find and then select the Muslim Kids TV app.
- Tap Manage subscription.
- Select the new plan you want to change to.
- Select a supported payment method.
- Tap Buy or Subscribe.
