You should cancel your subscription on the same platform as you subscribed:
If you subscribed on a computer or mobile browser:
- Log in to your Muslim Kids TV account on your browser. Please ensure you are signed in to the parent profile, as you will not be able to access subscription details through children profiles.
- Navigate to Payment and Plans. Click on avatar > Click payments and plan
- Click Cancel Subscription and follow the steps.
If you subscribed on the Apple app (iPhone or iPad app):
- Log in to your Muslim Kids TV account on the app on your iPhone or iPad. Please ensure you are signed in to the parent profile, as you will not be able to access subscription details through children profiles.
- Navigate to Payment and Plans. Click More > Click payments and plan
- Click Cancel Subscription and follow the steps.
Alternatively, can you cancel in settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
- Tap on your Muslim Kids TV subscription, then tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel All Services.

If you subscribed on the Google Play Store app (Android devices):
- Log in to your Muslim Kids TV account on the app on your Android device. Please ensure you are signed in to the parent profile, as you will not be able to access subscription details through children profiles.
- Navigate to Payment and Plans. Click More > Click payments and plan
- Review your Subscription Plan and Billing History to see your current plan and all past invoiced amounts.
Alternatively, can you cancel in Google Play on your Android Device.
- On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
- Select your Muslim Kids TV subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.
